Privacy Policy

Zensou is designed to be a quiet, low-footprint service. This page explains, in plain
language, what happens to your information when you use it.
Your conversations
- We do not store your conversations on our servers. Your chat history
is saved only in your own browser (local storage), on your own device. Clearing your
browser data deletes it.
- When you send a message, your recent conversation is transmitted to our AI provider
(Anthropic) solely to generate a reply, subject to their
privacy policy.
We do not use your conversations for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.
Payments and license keys
- Payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your card details.
- If you purchase Premium, your license key is stored in your browser and sent with
your messages so we can verify your subscription status with Gumroad.
Technical data
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs, such as IP
addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We use your IP address only for
rate limiting (fair-use limits), not for tracking.
- Zensou uses no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and no
tools that identify or follow individual visitors. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics,
a cookie-free measurement tool, to see aggregate numbers only — how many people
visited, roughly which country they're in, and which page referred them. It cannot
see, and never receives, anything you type or say to Zensou.
A note on sensitive topics
Conversations about your inner life are personal. Please share only what you are
comfortable sharing, and avoid entering information that could identify others.
Zensou is not a medical service and your conversations are not medical records.
Children
Zensou is intended for users aged 16 and over.
